Duke City Repertory Theatre (DCRT) exists to serve the audience - every audience, especially anyone who has never seen a play, and maybe even thinks “going to the theatre” is not for them. Duke City Rep is theatre never before seen in New Mexico: innovative, inclusive, and uncompromising. Capturing the boldest, most imaginative storytelling and presenting it to the populace in any and every venue

- from breweries to empty storefronts, museums to outdoor festivals, farms to schools, and okay, the occasional traditional theatre - we are here to bring the magic of plays to our community. Duke City Repertory Theatre will always honor the contributions of all our artists with our pledge to compensate everyone we work with to the best of our ability. By providing professional opportunities to artists of color and producing work by and about people from historically undervalued groups, we seek to engage more diverse communities and remove any perceived and real barriers to professional art our audiences may have. Our goal is to not only create art for the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico but to ensure that art reflects the vibrant and diverse community that supports us.

Bard Crawl: Comedy of Errors will be “bringing Shakespeare to life” at Country Club Plaza TONIGHT! Country Club Plaza is a new venue for us - it’s located just East of Vinaigrette, where the old Boxing Bear on Central used to be (swipe to see the map!) The show kicks off at 7:30 but you KNOW the fun starts before that. 😉

Country Club Plaza is a more intimate venue so get there early to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun. It’s also an ALL AGES show! See you tonight, bbs!
