This is not your average burger.

Our Beef Kebab Burger takes one of our favorite Mediterranean staples and gives it a little Independent twist.

Minced beef, onions, fresh parsley and plenty of spices, served on a premium bun with fresh lettuce and tomato. Choose two sides and grab a cold beer from one of the NC breweries in our fridge.

Not in a burger mood? Our evening menu also includes flatbreads, shareables and a few other things worth coming hungry for.

Come for dinner. Stay for a drink. Stay longer if you like.

Quick update from the bistro. We have electricity and we shall be open for business at 12:00 today instead of our regular weekend opening hour.

Also, remember that we now stay open for evening service till 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and until 9:00 on other days.

We are closed until 4:00 pm Saturday. The thunder storm destroyed our electrical power.
So thankful for all the other small businesses that offered to keep our food in their fridges.
