💌A message from ÉPT’s Owner, Dr. Nikki:

As I look back to what started Elevé; it’s always been about the people. The dancers, the families, the studios, the teams, & the community. Their drive, passion, & dedication to an amazing sport & art form.

I started Elevé PT to provide specialized dance-specific care to amazing performance athletes. I want to be a provider that ALL dancers & performers alike can relate to & trust. We still live in a world where dancers aren’t seen as athletes, & therefore dancers lack the education & resources their counterparts can more easily access. My goal is to make a small wave of change & empower dancers of all ages/levels to learn how to better care for their minds, bodies, & hearts along the way! 💌

🌞 starting off with hosted by this Sunday! Offering the 2nd year of Backstage PT at the Tune Up Table!

🌞 4-Week Summer Strength Series @ Elevé starts in 2 weeks! 2 different classes depending on age. All programmed to help strengthen dancers inside and outside the studio!

🌞 Jazz Technique classes held with more details to come!

Backstage PT 🤝 Skidmore Dance

Opening night for Spring Concert was last night! I had an amazing time offering Backstage PT for dancers to help feel their best for the performance. A nice mix of taping, soft tissue mobilization, muscle activation techniques, & others were used to prime muscles and prepare dancers on & off the stage!💚
