Let's Paint & Party Art Experience Let's Paint & Party is designed to give step-by-step instruction to all who want to learn some basic techniques in painting while having fun!

Let's Paint & Party art classes with insufficient participation (enrolled persons) may be cancelled. If class is cancelled, participants will be notified and and a credit will be given towards another class. 24-hours notification required for cancellations. All participants who will not be able to attend must contact the instructor before the class begins to advise of their absence, so they can r

eceive a credit for a future class.****Credits must be used within 6 months.***No exceptions. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time. Private parties must have a minimum of 10 participants + $125 Space Fee for a 2-hour paint session (beyond 2 hours will incur a $55.00 cost per hour). If you provide the space, tables, and chairs, there is a $50.00 service fee (***service fee differs based on location if outside of the Albany area) and the $250.00 advance payment (covers 10 participants) **$150.00 advance payment for kids (ages 6-11) and $200.00 advance payment for teens/young adults (ages 12-20); The remaining participants will need to pay at least 3 days before the private party. *All potential spaces must be approved by Let's Paint & Party. To secure a private party for a particular date, you must pay a $50.00 reservation (non-refundable) to secure the date. We honor a first-come first-serve policy. For Adults only classes, participants must be 21 years or older. For Family day events, children ages 6 & up must be accompanied by an adult. During Family day events, alcohol prohibited. For Corporate team building events, please contact 229-869-3380 for corporate rates.

*When alcohol is permitted, wine and beer only. Fundraisers @ Let's Paint & Party are easy! 11X14 canvases cost is $25.00 per adult. Your organization can make $5.00 per ticket sale. 16x20 canvases cost is $35.00 per adult. Your organization can make $10.00 per ticket sale.

***We may amend the terms of this agreement at any time, including any rights or obligations you or we may have. We will post the terms to the modified agreement on our website.

Private parties in our Studio A must have a minimum of 20 participants + $50 Service Fee (non-refundable fee to lock in date and time) for a 2-hour paint session (beyond allotted time will incur an additional $50.00 cost per hour). The minimum of 20 participants will need to be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled party.

Private parties in our Studio B must have a minimum of 10 participants + $50 Service Fee (non-refundable fee to lock in date and time) for a 2-hour paint session (1 ½ hour paint session for kids and teens) (beyond allotted time will incur an additional $40.00 cost per hour). *This space is for a small size group*. The minimum of 8 participants will need to be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled party.
