🪐This is for aerialists who want to take their performance (whether on stage or on video) to the next level of confidence and flair.

In Aerial Form & Fluidity Workshop we will discuss how good form creates stability in your poses so that you can move smoothly between shapes & leave an impact on your audience. Develop your own creative expression using the foundational concepts of the workshop.

Workshop will be taught in silk hammock, but is open to aerialists of all apparatus and the sequences taught will be accessible to those that don’t regularly practice hammock.
