Our Art Class, seeing a need for energetic, trauma informed care work in this area, OAC was formed to provide restorative recreational activities. OAC has consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of the amazing Capital Region community. Starting workshops in Arbor Hill in 2016 OAC expanded their outreach to the South End, West Hill, and Delaware Avenue neighborhoods. With a f

ocus on making the maximum positive effort for their community, members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps affect change providing solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
