✨ What a truly magical recital weekend. ✨

As I sit and reflect on everything that happened over the last few days, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

Our very first MVEDC recital, Beauty & The Beast, was everything I dreamed it could be and more. Watching our dancers step onto that stage with confidence, joy, and passion reminded me exactly why I do what I do. From our tiniest performers taking their first steps under the stage lights to our oldest dancers leading with grace and confidence, every single student made us proud.

This recital wasn’t just a performance, it was the beginning of a tradition. A tradition built on hard work, dedication, friendship, growth, and a love for dance. It was a celebration of everything Mountain Valley Elite Dance Company stands for, and I couldn’t be more honored to share this journey with all of you.

To our dancers: Thank you for your countless hours of rehearsals, your perseverance, and the heart you poured into every moment on stage. You were absolutely incredible.

To our families: Thank you for trusting us with your children, for the car rides, costume changes, late nights, and endless support. We couldn’t do this without you.

To our teachers, volunteers, backstage crew, theater staff, prop committee, dressing room helpers, sponsors, and everyone who played a role in bringing this production to life: Thank you. Your time, energy, and dedication made this weekend possible.

This weekend was proof that something special is growing here. We laughed, we cried, we celebrated, and we created memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you for helping us make history. Here’s to the first of many beautiful MVEDC recitals.
