In partnership with Visit Alamosa, Roaming Rhythms is bringing a mini music festival straight to First Friday! Get ready for 5 venue stops, 5 incredible live artists, a wide variety of local vendors, and exclusive business specials all evening long!

WELLINGTON BULLINGS

This Sunday, August 23rd @ Cole Park @ 6pm. Wellington Bullings is a soul and jazz artist out of Denver whose influences include Hiatus Kaiyote, Norah Jones, and Lianne La Havas. She released her debut album, “Because I Want To” in 2020 and has released three incredible singles since. Learn more about her at wellingtonbullings.com.

This Sunday is our final Sundays at Six concert of the season. We’ll bring plenty of tissues for your tears, don’t worry.

We’re bringing back the dance floor for our final hoorah, so come prepared to dance alongside Belinda Vargas, a local Latin dance instructor who will teach us a dance to accompany one of Wellington’s songs during intermission.

We had the very special honor of interviewing 2MX2, a Latinx Spanglish music collective from Denver, Colorado, blending alternative rock, hip hop, reggaeton, and Latin pop with bilingual storytelling centered on identity, belonging, and community power. We are so stoked to host 2mx2 this Sunday in Cole Park in collaboration with Future Town Tour, , Circus Jocose, Center Viking Youth Club, and more to bring an immersive cultural experience that you won’t want to miss. Oh, did we mention the event is free? And we’re bringing back the dance floor? You’d be crazy to miss this event.
