Finally got my surgery done for my meniscus and ACL repair 🙌 i’m now onwards to my long road of recovery. Currently on day 2 of 182
(6 Months)

I’m really excited and hopeful to eventually return to Breaking after the 6 months mark.

After dealing with knee issues and instability for the past 5 years, I feel like i’m finally making a breakthrough in my journey and I feel like my knee will be stronger than it has ever been!

Thank you to Dr. Pike and his amazing surgery team at Christus Health for their great work and for making this process a lot less daunting than I initially imagined.

Thank you to Miss Echo and Xtreme Amplitude for supporting me through this entire process over the last two months, all this wouldn’t be possible without them.

Lastly, Thank you to my family and friends for offering me help where they could and sending me warmth and good vibes each and every day.
I realize i’m very lucky to have a great support system ♥️

I wouldn’t be here without my love for this art form, and unfortunately, you must pay to play this game. I wouldn’t have it any other way though. It has paid me back many times over already.

As Saucy Seize told me over DM: “All bboys get this.” 😭😂 so I just see this as a rite of passage.
