Good morning! This post is bittersweet, as many of you know Joe passed away in February. Living the Crafty Vision was his passion. He loved sublimation, especially coming up with unique ideas. And yes, he had another passion, which was his ice shave business, but Livin' the Crafty Vision introduced him to the world of vending. This was his first venture into the world of crafting. Unfortunately, we are unable to continue with it. But we will be setting up for the High Rolls Cherry Festival. Most of our inventory will be sold at amazing prices. So make sure to check out the festival, June 13-14, starting at 9 am.

It is with heavy hearts that my mother, brothers, and I announce the passing of my father, Jose C. Guerrero, the man behind Livin' the Crafty Vision.
About 5 years ago, during his battle with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, my dad discovered sublimation as a way to keep his mind and spirit busy during treatment. What started as therapy quickly became passion. Before long, we realized we could only drink out of so many tumblers. So, we encouraged him to try selling them. And once he started...the selling bug bit him hard!
What began with tumblers, quickly grew into cups, shirts, wind spinners, and so much more. But more than anything it grew into a community. The joy it brought him when people would seek him out, when customers would come back, and when people bough multiples because they loved his work, that meant everything to him. He took incredible pride in every single product he made. Truthfully, it probably took him longer than most to finish an order, because he would obsess over the details. He believed that if someone chose to spend their hard-earned money with him, especially when there were so many others selling tumblers, then he owed them something he himself would be proud to own. Quality mattered to him. His customers mattered to him.
As many of you know, my parents had already planned to step away from sublimation as a business due to his Leukemia. However, he left behind quite a bit of inventory. At some point, we hope to get out to a few local events and sell the items he had so lovingly created. Please keep an eye out for us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Your support, not just as customers, but as a community, brought him real joy during a hard season in his life. He was proud to be a local small business owner. He was proud to be an entrepreneur. He was proud to be a Veteran. And he was deeply grateful for every single one of you who chose Livin' the Crafty Vision.

Thank you for loving his work. Thank you for supporting his passion. Thank you for supporting our family.

Teresa, Jose, Tony, and Jacquie.
