Creating Resilience: Episode 7, Part 4

The final chapter of this series is live on Creating Resilience, and it is the moment my entire world shifted. In order to attain my absolute freedom, to protect my autonomy, and to pave my own path at my own pace... I had to let go of Recycle Woman. 🎬🦅✨

It was one of the hardest choices I’ve ever had to make, but the universe didn't leave me in the dark.

During that heavy season of transition, a vision came to me in a profound dream. I saw a woman look up into the universe and say: ‘Rise like a phoenix from the ashes of your people. Rise and be resilient. You are Resilience.’ 👁️🔥🌪️

That single, divine dream became the foundation of my new origin story. It was the exact moment my true superhero persona was born. 🦸‍♀️👑

Because I had to rebrand overnight—and because I was actively threatened into silence about what had actually transpired behind the scenes—my sudden transformation threw off many of my initial fans and followers. I know it looked confusing from the outside, but it was a quiet battle for my own freedom. 🤫💔

Now, years later, the dust has settled, the foundation is solid, and I am finally ready to share the raw truth of my journey. I am speaking not to look backward, but to look forward. I want my hard-earned lessons to serve as a roadmap, a shield, and a source of strength for anyone else navigating their own toxic dynamics, contract entanglements, or corporate bullying. 📈📊

You don’t have to stay small to keep a partnership alive. Sometimes, you have to let the old identity burn completely so that the true version of who you are meant to be can rise from the ashes. 💎🕊️

This 4th of July weekend, while the world was celebrating outwardly, I made the conscious choice to go deeply inward. 🕊️✨🧘🏽‍♀️

I have been a dedicated practitioner of meditation since 2012. For the first 7 to 8 years of my journey, it was my absolute anchor—I meditated twice a day, every single day, and completed at least two intensive silence courses a year alongside advanced ancient knowledge and meditation trainings. I lived in that space of deep alignment, and I loved it.

But as life began to change radically around 2019 and 2020, my consistent practice started to slip. It slowly shifted from a daily foundation into an emergency tool I only pulled out during dire moments. Looking back, I realize I have been survival-moding—tapping into the deep 'savings and reserve account' of grace that I had accumulated over all those years of devotion to get me through the past 5 to 6 years of intense transitions. 📉💔

This year, I promised myself a new standard. I committed to radical consistency, to showing up even when I don’t feel like it, and to doing the heavy lifting required to finish my pending projects. But after 7 months of relentlessly rebuilding my entire website ecosystem, releasing my new book Ecosystems Matter, filming for Next Level CEO, and pouring my heart into my daily world, I hit a massive wall of burnout over the past few weeks. 🛑🧱

I knew it was time for a serious, non-negotiable recharge. 🔋⚡

Silence meditation courses over 3 to 4 days have always been my ultimate life hack. They are the only thing that completely restores my energy, resets my overstimulated nervous system, and beautifully realigns my chakras.

I am leaving this weekend overflowing with gratitude for this practice, for the gift of coming back home to myself, and for plugging back into the Divine. To lead at the next level, you have to be willing to silence the noise of the world so you can hear the truth within. 👑❤️🙏🏽♥️

The reserves are replenished, the alignment is restored, and I am ready for what’s next. How are you protecting your energy this season? Let me know 👇🏽

Creating Resilience: Episode 7, Part 3

This is the moment where Recycle Woman had to end, so that Resilience could rise from the ashes. 🎬🦅✨

After pulling off a successful Kickstarter fundraiser and hand-delivering my film to Al Gore, I thought the momentum would shift. Instead, I was confronted with the exact same painful reality: my business partner remained completely un-engaged and disconnected from the relentless effort I was pouring into the project, all while continuing to be rude, inconsiderate, and a bully. 😔🛑

The turning point came when my family sat me down and asked me the hard questions. They asked me why I was putting up with that type of treatment. They asked me if Recycle Woman was truly my project—and if it was, why was I tolerating this from someone else? 👀

Their words forced me to take a long, hard look in the mirror. I had to face the reality that I absolutely did not want to move forward into my future connected to this person.

But untangling myself wasn't simple. I had to take full responsibility for the entanglement I had helped create due to my previous ignorance, vulnerability, and insecurities. I had allowed the dynamic to form, and now I had to be the one to break it. 💔⚖️

This episode is about the moment you stop blaming the situation and start auditing your own boundaries. It’s about realizing a toxic partnership cannot coexist with a high-level vision. 📈👑

I want to share a very real, behind-the-scenes look at the internal battle it takes to step up to the next level. 📈💔✨

For the last 7 months, I have been quietly doing the heavy lifting of redesigning and rebuilding my entire website, my brand, and my digital ecosystem. At the end of 2025, I faced a hard truth: most of my online systems were broken, led to dead ends, or failed to truly reflect the magnitude of my mission, leaving potential leads confused. To scale my impact, I had to take the mission of fixing it completely seriously.

Now, here I am, 7 months later, with just a few finishing touches left—and I have hit a massive wall. 🛑🧱

It’s the wall of internal resistance that so many of my mentors warned me about. Right before the breakthrough, the former version of yourself will fight to remain relevant. It will try to keep you right where you are comfortable and push back against your evolution. I have been feeling this resistance intensely for the past three weeks.

All that stands between me and the launch is one final step: optimizing the website ecosystem for mobile devices. 📱💻

I remind myself that the journey doesn’t end when the new website goes live—that is just the beginning. It’s what comes after the launch, the lives we will touch and the scale we will achieve, that will truly make an impact on our success. 🌍🚀

If you are out there fighting your own wall of resistance right now, keep pushing. Your evolution is worth the fight. This grit, this vulnerability, and this unstoppable drive to build a flawless foundation are exactly what it means to lead at the next level. 📺💼

The breakthrough is on the other side of this final step. We are mobile-optimizing, we are breaking through the resistance, and we are launching! ❤️🙏🏽♥️

Creating Resilience: Episode 7, Part 2

The journey of Creating Resilience continues, and in this episode, the wool completely started coming off my eyes. 🎬👁️✨

Recycle Woman was gaining incredible momentum and being well-received by everyone—including industry expert Vince DeQuattro. Vince saw the massive potential and suggested we brand Recycle Woman as a true comic book character, 'RW' for short. He even offered to help us and connected us with a brilliant animation company and up-and-coming artist mentee to bring the vision to life. 🦸‍♀️🎨

But executing a vision at that level takes capital. And when the animation company gave us the numbers, my mentor flat-out refused to split the cost with me. ❌💼

To keep the dream alive, I had to step into my superpower. I launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the branding, running it at the exact same time I was aggressively trying to track down Al Gore. I was quickly becoming accustomed to being the magic unicorn—constantly pulling rabbits out of hats and creating miracles on my own. Meanwhile, my mentor offered little to no help, only criticizing me for how long the fundraising was taking. 🦄🎩💫

It was a sharp, painful awakening. I was realizing very quickly and very clearly that this was not a balanced, mutually beneficial partnership. I was carrying the weight of the ecosystem while giving away half the power. ⚖️💔

This chapter taught me a brutal but beautiful lesson about business, boundaries, and recognizing my own worth as a creator. If you're the one making the magic happen, you have to be the one holding the wand. 🪄📈

Watch the new episode now to see how I navigated the grind, the growth, and the wake-up call.

Creating Resilience: Episode 7, Part 1

Part 1 of a very heavy, but necessary chapter is now live on Creating Resilience: The Downfall of Recycle Woman. 🎬🌪️

During the filming of Recycle Woman, the dynamic between myself and my mentor/business partner began to shift into a very challenging and toxic space. He was becoming a bully, and at that time in my life, I didn't yet have a strong sense of boundaries. I shied away from conflict, choosing to keep the peace even when things became deeply uncomfortable. 😔💔

Looking back with clarity, I realize I was navigating that space from a place of deep vulnerability. Both of my parents were already deceased, and I was so desperate to have 'someone looking out for me' in the way I imagined a mother or father would as I pursued my path as an artist. I placed those hopes onto him, hoping he would fill that void.

But the universe had a different lesson for me. 🕊️✨

Through the pain of that dynamic, I had to learn the hard way never to give my power away. I had to learn how to stand up, look conflict in the eye, and establish fierce, healthy boundaries. Working with him was a painful, yet necessary catalyst in learning how to protect myself, my mission, and my absolute autonomy as a creator and a leader.

This is the behind-the-scenes truth of what it takes to step up to the next level. We have to learn to become our own protectors. 👑📈

Watch Part 1 now. Thank you for walking through the shadows and into the light with me. ❤️🙏🏽❤️
