Creating Resilience: Episode 5, Part 2

Sometimes the universe strips away the 'extras' to see if you’ll still show up in your purest form. 🕊️✨

I’ll never forget this 4th of July parade. I had no car, no float, and no team behind me. To top it off, I dealt with a shoe malfunction that felt like the final straw. In that moment of total vulnerability, I realized that all the branding and external tools didn't matter—what mattered was my faith and the power of friendship. 🫂❤️

I had to learn that showing up as just me was enough. It wasn't about the spectacle; it was about the mission and the soul sisters who held me up when I felt like I couldn't take another step.

This was a lesson in surrender and remembering that we are never truly walking alone.

Have you ever had a moment where everything went 'wrong' just to lead you to what was right? Let’s talk about it below. 👇🏽 prayer and peace.

Creating Resilience: Episode 5, Part 1A

I’ll be honest with you—this episode was the hardest one yet to film. 🕊️✨

I noticed so much internal resistance coming up. I found myself digging in my heels and making every excuse to push the recording back. I realized it’s because I’m reaching the parts of my journey that I’ve kept locked away for years. It’s one thing to live the story; it’s another to find the courage to release it.

This is the story of Recycle Woman. 🦸‍♀️♻️

She was the superhero who came before 'Resilience.' She was resourceful, innovative, and fiercely dedicated. But she was also carrying the weight of a version of me that was deeply troubled and, at times, heartbroken.

In this episode, I’m sharing it all—the moments of pure innovation and the moments of total unraveling at the seams. I had to learn that sometimes, the only way out is through total surrender and acceptance of what is. I had to let Recycle Woman die so that Resilience could rise.

Thank you for being patient with me as I navigate this. Sharing the 'unraveling' isn’t easy, but I know it’s the only way to reach the grace on the other side.

The story of Recycle Woman is live. I hope it reminds you that it’s okay to outgrow the version of yourself that once saved you. ❤️🙏🏽♥️

I wanted to share a heartfelt update with all of you. The competition for the Entrepreneur of Impact has come to a close for me. While we didn't move into the top two spots to advance, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

To my community: You showed up. You voted, you boosted, and you stood with me. Because of you, we made a real impact for GENYOUth and the 77,000 schools they serve. That is a victory no scoreboard can take away. 🏆✨

In my journey, I’ve learned that a 'no' is often just a 'not this way' or 'not right now' from the universe. My work as an environmental advocate and the founder of this ecosystem doesn't stop because a contest did. If anything, this experience has shown me just how ready the world is for the message of Resilience and Ecosystems Matter. ❤️🌍❤️

I’m going to take a moment to find my balance on my mat, and then I’m getting back to work. We have books to publish, children to empower, and a planet to heal.

Thank you for believing in the vision when I was standing alone, and thank you for standing with me now. The best is yet to come. ❤️🙏🏽❤️

Creating Resilience: Episode 4

Have you ever felt like you were hitting a 'mid-life crisis' before you even hit 30? 🌀✨

At 26 years old, I found myself at a crossroads. I had to learn the hard way that titles—the ones we chase, the ones we win, and the ones society gives us—do not define who I am at my core.

I had to do the deep work of unlearning the comparison game. I had to learn to trust my own timing and accept that my life and my mission might look very different from those around me. 🕰️🙏🏽

I’m sharing this because I’ve earned the peace that comes with following your own path. If you feel like you’re 'behind' or 'different,' I want you to know that your timeline is sacred. Your value isn't found in a title; it’s found in the truth of who you are becoming.

This episode of Creating Resilience is for anyone who is ready to stop comparing and start trusting. ❤️

This is it—the final sprint to the finish line! 🏁✨
We are currently in 3rd place, but today is the day we can leap into the Top Spot. From now until 8:00 PM PST tonight, we have a massive opportunity to move the needle: Votes are DOUBLED when you boost!

What does that mean?
✨ $10 now equals 20 votes
✨ $25 now equals 50 votes

Every dollar donated goes directly to GENYOUth, supporting nutrition and fitness for kids in 77,000 schools across the country. You aren’t just voting for me; you’re fueling a massive movement for our youth. 🍎🏃‍♂️

Why 1st Place matters:
🥇 1st Place: Advances automatically to the Quarter-Finals!
🥈 2nd Place: Enters a wildcard round against all other 2nd place winners for a final shot at the Quarters.

I want to take us straight to the top so we can focus all our energy on the mission ahead. 🌍 I’ve spent 15 years advocating for our planet and our children, and winning this grant and the mentorship with Daymond John would change everything for the Resilience ecosystem.

Please, if you’ve been waiting for the right moment to support, this is it. Let’s show them the power of our community!

I have an update to share: I am currently in 3rd place. To move forward in the Entrepreneur of Impact competition, I need to reach 1st or 2nd place by this Thursday. This competition is built entirely on community—which means, quite simply, that you matter.

I’ve always seen myself as a humble civil servant for humanity. My work has never been about personal glory; it’s about the love and support we give to our world and the future generations who will inherit it.

What’s at Stake:

If I win, the $25,000 grant will be funneled directly into my company and the environmental projects I share with all of you. This win isn't for me—it’s for the world.

I will continue this work no matter what happens. That is who I am. But I won’t lie to you: the journey is much harder when funding is tight and every dollar has to be stretched to its absolute limit.

The Road Here:
I am slowly starting to share more of my story and how I built "Resilience" and these programs. It wasn’t easy. It was built on:

Shoestring budgets.

Years of sacrifice.

Blind faith, even when those closest to me questioned the vision.

Standing alone when others turned their backs.

How You Can Help Today:

I appreciate any support you can offer to help us bridge this gap. If you find it hard to vote daily, please consider a "Boost":

A $5 donation counts as 10 votes.

The Cause: Your donation goes to GENYOUth, helping children in 77,000 schools across the US receive vital nutrition and physical education.

Whether it’s a free daily vote or a small boost, you are helping me stay in this fight. Thank you for seeing the vision with me.

Just a gentle reminder to please give me your FREE daily votes. It takes only a few seconds and you can vote every 24 hours.

I'm currently 3rd place and need to be 1st or 2nd by Thursday 7pm PST to continue in the competition.

If you want to support by boosting your vote, even $5, can help. This is a fundraiser for GENYOUth, so all funds boosted go to support nutrition and physical education programs in 77,000 US schools, supporting our children, the next generation.

Thank you ❤️

One visionary will take home $25,000, appear in an Entrepreneur Magazine advertorial, and receive a one-on-one mentoring session with Daymond John.
