Join us for an afternoon to get you back into the studio and ready for dancing. As a certified personal trainer and professional dancer, Bernadette will teach a class focusing on strength, mobility, and balance geared towards dancers. The class will also spend time on dance basics like pirouettes, battements, and other fundamentals to gear you up for a strong fall season. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and your preference for dance shoes or socks.

This is the perfect class to get back to dance and ready for Season 3! All levels welcome! Link in bio to register!
