Order online at wovenwordsbookshop.com by using our Bookshop affiliate page and our store receives 30% of your purchase! Pre-orders are typically delivered on publication day if all goes as planned!

2️⃣ In Person or Phone Order + In Store Pickup!
Place your order at the store or over the phone (234.466.0047) with us, and we will have your book ready for you to pick up when it arrives (should be on publication day if all goes well with distribution and shipping!)

🥹🥹🥹

When Tyler from Akron Life Magazine gave us the news a few weeks ago, Amy immediately started crying. (Okay - she’s an easy cry - but STILL).

We love our little bookstore so much. Like some of the best books - she’s small but mighty. We’ve seen so many friendships created, held so many tender moments with customers turned friends, and spent hours and hours just yapping about the books that have shaped who we are and how we see the world (and each other).

We’ve loved what we get to do everyday, and have been so immersed in it, we didn’t even realize voting was taking place.

Which means we didn’t even think to ask people to vote for us.

Which means… we “won” because you genuinely voted for us because when someone asks you, “What’s the best bookstore around?” You tell them about us… and that just gives me goosebumps and tears all over again! 🥹

Thank you so much to everyone who voted. YOU make us the best bookstore in town. 🫶

Everyone featured in this video participated in our Summer Reading Pages & Pastries challenge, where we purchased and read at least 7 books this summer. The reward was a free pastry party at Morning Star Bakery And Cafe which is where these interviews were filmed!

A few didn’t make the cut because our microphone battery went on the Fritz, but it was so fun to hear all the amazing books that were read this summer and what’s on everyone’s TBR this fall!

Our hearts and bellies are so full after tonight 🫶📚🥐

Readers are our favorite kinda people, and to have a cafe filled to the brim with them was just the perfect way to bring summer to a close.

More photos and fun interviews coming soon, but in the meantime, thank you to Morning Star Bakery And Cafe for hosting us and creating a beautiful space for us to gather, and thank you to all our readers who showed up all summer long, buying books, reading books, and chatting books with us every day.

Grandma Joy’s Road Trip — Brad and Joy Ryan topped the chart with our most attended author event yet, bookseller faves (A Short Stay in Hell, The Road to Tender Hearts, Don’t Trust Fish, and I Who Have Never Known Men) are holding steady, and some spooky titles snuck in as well!
