Everyone say "HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY" to Fergus!

Olive sent us many new bracelets last week, and we've restocked a couple sizes of this amethyst wrap as well as some other popular styles!

"The stunning Montana landscape combined with the smell and feel of luxuriously tanned skins compel me to shape, carve, stretch, mold, stitch and paint on leather. Found feathers and leaves inspire the one of a kind jewelry and home accents I create. Leather carving as taught by traditional saddle makers is the foundation of my work. Upon that foundation, I search for new ways to interpret my western woman’s perspective using unconventional techniques and materials to produce one of a kind accessories. The addition of iridescent colors and the marriage of leather to sterling silver, gold and gemstones is my hallmark. "

When life gives you lemons, put them in a Santa Marina Basket!

Alejandro , a painter and, Viviana a designer, began working together in 1982 with colorful foam rubber, to create contemporary jewelry and fashion accessories. Around 1987, they began transitioning their practice into creating modern home wares including lamps and furniture. Since then, they've become well known for their lightweight woven stainless steel mesh baskets, which also feature wood and rubber. The processes used are somewhat inspired by early pre industrial methods and origami, elaborated in the concept of bi-dimensional cuts that, with creases and folds, will become 3D objects.

Last week, Cheryl McMillan came into the studio with a special surprise for Claudia! Claudia had given Cheryl some of our extra handmade beads and pendants, and in return, she made Claudia a jaw-dropping one of a kind bracelet. Swipe for the detail shots and prepare to be as blown away as we were.
