Taught by her grandma at an early age, knitting started as a hobby for Lauren. Over the years she gifted hats, scarfs and baby clothes to friends and families. After college she moved across the country to Texas and received numerous requests for items back in NY. Austin, TX was a great venue to start a small business of handmade knitted items; great for gifts for people at home as well as the ecl

ectic humans in the South. From craft shows to farmers market, Etsy, Facebook & Instagram; Lauren has been able to share her love for knitting with others. To add to the handmade gifts, Lauren's mother-in-law and sister-in-law taught her how to crochet. Now Lauren's gifts span across the board for fashion and comfort for babies, women, girls, boys and men. Passion is the energy that keeps us going, that keeps us filled with meaning, and happiness, and excitement, and anticipation. Passion is a powerful force in accomplishing anything you set your mind to, and in experiencing work and life the fullest extent possible. Ultimately, passion is the driving force behind success and happiness that allows us all to live better lives. In my case, I am passionate about knitting. I can take my knitting on long drives, traveling across the country, to work out, to hang out with friends and while having simple conversations. It's a relaxation method that keeps me focused and calms my thoughts. Everyone has a passion for something; what is yours? "Every great dream begins with a dreamer.
