My finished Pearl Crochet top! 🦪🧶

I was really behind with this one and then had to wait for it to dry after blocking it. I've been waiting 2 weeks for some good weather so I could take some pics. Thanks, Ohio 🙈

I used Cascade yarns - Pima Tencel cotton blend for the sea green shade and the turquoise. The purple was actually a weight 3 TLC yarn from my stash and isn't cotton. It's super soft, though, and lovely to work with. I wish I had more of it!

Heeeeey, look at this, look! 🐥

I have a bad case of "lost my crojo" and am struggling to finish the last test I committed to for spring 😭

In an effort to get myself to pick it back up, I figured I'd share this little "Where's Chicky?" Birthday gift I made 😍 I've never heard of the show, but when I googled the character, I was pretty excited at how close this looks!

Mamma sent me a pic of the recipient cuddling this guy in bed last night too 🥹🥰

I have been crazy busy with a new job, life, my son's never ending appointments, and now baseball just started back up 😅😭 On top of all that and all the pattern tests I signed up for in spring, I've also had a sick kiddo, been sick myself and 2 weeks later am still coughing up gunk...I'm trying to find my work- life balance and am struggling

I was even accepted as a vendor in a craft show in a few weeks' time and had to cancel because I don't have the energy at all to even attempt that 😭💔

Please send all the crojo, and good joo joo vibes my way! 🙏

🦋 The Butterfly top🦋

I had the pleasure of testing this beautifully detailed pattern by .panda.creature

She just released it yesterday, and wow, it's such a fun design to make! The pattern itself is so detailed, full of photos, and has graphs throughout!

😻 Cats out of the bag cardigan 😻

I finally gifted this little beauty to my sister in law, and can share the photos of it!!

The Tabby cat (Rocky) came out the best, but all 3 kitties are so fun and match her kitties 🥰 Loki and Ollie are floofy cats, so I opted for the bigger kitties to represent that a little better.

If you peep behind the pocket, Ollie even has a white belly!

This is such a great pattern and includes over 30 cat grams!

🌱 The Mesh Bow top 🌱

Just in time for Spring, this beautiful little mesh top has just been released! Run to to grab a copy of this quick little make now!

I love how light weight and easy to wear this is! I decided on two colours for mine, but everyone's single colour versions look amazing too!

I also used my absolute fave weight 1 yarn for this project, so that definitely helps!

I made a few adjustments to the fastenings after I took my photos. So now I don't have that bottom fastening, and the other 3 are a little closer together, too. But honestly, I prefer it with just the top one fastened anyway. I do lobe me some styling options, though

⏹️ Granny Squares cardigan ⏹️

Happy pattern release day to and this stunning granny square cardigan!

This is my first ever Granny Square clothing piece. I had so much fun creating the squares and then figuring out how I wanted them. I went for this unique back piece design.

I took this pre planning squares photo a few days ago and then forgot to post it. (I still had squares to make)

And now I just finished blocking the back piece after joining all the squares. The arms and front pieces were both already joined and blocked. And I did the cuff and seam of one of the sleeves too. I'm hoping to get the second sleeve all finished today and attach the sleeves to the front panels. Then, once the back is dry, I can finish assembling and work the finishing rows.

My goal is to take final photos next Friday in our "ohio Heat Wave" of 40s F weather 😅

This weekend, I'm starting another project and choosing the yarn for a third pattern test. I have yarn arriving any day now for the other 2 pattern tests I'm in, too. I love busy winter weekends full of crochet 🫶
