Next up is dinner and rehearsal for Fantasticks (which Simeon performed in this week!)

Want to improve your turns? ✨
Follow for exercises that help build the strength and control you need.
Pair proper conditioning with the right shoes, and you’ll feel the difference immediately. A fresh pair of pointe shoes or flats can make turns feel smoother and more effortless.

Maggie’s turning exercises:
1. Lat pull downs - Help engage the muscles to stop turns
2. Dumbbell chest flys - Engages the muscles to open and close my arms to control the speed of my turns
3. Single leg RDL’s - Works on balance and hamstring strength
4. Cable crunches - Used for core strength and stability
