The Book of Life & Death : A Free Drama Therapy Workshop on Suicidal Ideation
Drama Therapy is an embodied practice that is active and experiential. This approach can provide the context for participants to tell their stories, set goals, solve problems, express feelings, or achieve catharsis. Through drama, the depth and breadth of inner experience can be actively explored and interpersonal relationship skills can be enhanced (Please note this is not an acting class).
This workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to learn more about mental health as it relates to suicidal ideation and the use of drama therapy as a therapeutic tool.
Space is limited. If interested, please send an email inquiry to [email protected].
For those who get confirmation of their attendance, please wear clothes you can move in. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, an open mind and a willingness to participate.
