Timelapse of a horse portrait

Wait, it never crossed your mind that you'd be hot combing a horse tail on a commission in your kitchen at some point when you started your art career? Surprise!

Now that the recipient has received it, I can show last weeks commission. This was a memorial piece the horse owner's friends ordered for her after her beloved gelding passed. They shipped me up the tail and I went to work creating a very special memorial which was gifted to her this weekend.
