Starting now, after every show weβre shining a light on one of the awesome vendors who makes our event feel like the true community celebration it is. First up? Teachers Haven. π
Teachers Havenβs mission is simple but powerful: equip teachers with what they need for a thriving classroom.
The idea for Teachers Haven started when founder April Williams saw firsthand what so many teachers were quietly doing -- reaching into their own pockets for school supplies, hygiene products, and basic necessities just so their students wouldnβt go without. The more April listened to teachersβ stories, the more she realized this wasnβt a one-off problem.
April believes that no teacher should have to choose between classroom needs and their own personal expenses, and that no student should fall behind because the supplies just werenβt there. Thatβs the heart behind Teachers Haven. Aprilβs making sure teachers have the resources, tools, and community backing to focus on what matters most: helping students succeed.
Because when teachers are supported, classrooms get stronger, students thrive, and communities grow right along with them. By empowering teachers, April hopes to create opportunities for every child to learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
