Big mahalo to for the love and the video 🙌🏻🤙 “Too bad the brisket was sold out… you guys make one of the best” — and honestly, that’s why we do it.

We started where most mini-golf spots do — basic food. It wasn’t working. So we decided to raise the bar and serve real Texas BBQ, but with a local twist. What began as BBQ plate lunches slowly evolved into the menu we have today.

This growth is because of YOU. Thank you for supporting local, eating good food, and believing in what we’re building ⛳🔥🥩

Our brisket was good before. But, we have been experimenting with different seasonings and cooking methods to see if we could make it better. Believe it or not, we have. We are using a new rub and smoked Wagyu tallow. It has yielded a brisket that is better than we had before. Come try it and let us know what you think. We have always said that we have the best brisket on the island. We have customers that have confirmed and agree. You don’t even need to golf to enjoy our delicious food.
