This is it — the last Tiny Porch of the 2026 season! Rocko Wheeler opens with a spectacular set straight from the heart of Texas, then Crying Uncle Bluegrass Band closes us out with a bang, redefining what bluegrass can sound like. Two incredible acts. One unforgettable send-off for a year of great music!

Recognized as one of the most exciting young bands in acoustic music, Crying Uncle Bluegrass Band blends bluegrass, dawg music, jazz, and modern originals into something all their own. Brothers Miles and Teo Quale are joined by Andrew Osborn and Ian Ly — a lineup with a 2024 Grand Ole Opry debut and the IBMA's Momentum Band of the Year award already behind them. This is a band on the rise, and they're closing out our season.

The LA River Rats are LA's newest bluegrass band, bringing together some of California's finest acoustic musicians for a sound that's vibrant, string-driven, and honest-to-god authentic. Fronted by Adam Moss of The Brother Brothers, and featuring Sean Watkins of Grammy-winning Nickel Creek, this group bridges tradition and modern creativity with ease. Watch them take the stage at the Peter Strauss Ranch and burn the house down!

Our June show at Peter Strauss Ranch was one for the books!

We had dancing, laughter, love and that feeling you get when the music is just right and the people around you feel like family. Francis Blume and Laura Jean Anderson brought everything they had, and this community showed up and gave it right back. That's the magic of what we get to do together.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to Francis and Laura for sharing their incredible gifts with us — you both blew us away. Thank you to our sponsors whose generosity makes these shows possible. And most of all, thank you to every single person who came out to the hills and made the evening what it was.
