Big applause for our outstanding students!

This year, three of our music majors were recognized with department awards—and we couldn’t be more proud of their achievements across disciplines.

✨ Aubrey Diebold, earning a BM in performance and a BA in Chemistry, won the Chemistry department award in addition to the Alumni Award for Outstanding Student�✨ Justine Potter, earning a BA in Music and Psychology, won the Psychology department award and is going on to pursue certification in music therapy. �✨ Kady Stoddard, earning a BM in performance and BA Psychology, won the department award in music.

Your dedication, versatility, and passion inspire us all. Congratulations on these well-deserved honors!

Congratulations to Kady Stoddard, recipient of the 2026 Senior Award for Excellence in Music Performance.

Kady is headed to Western Michigan University for an MM in Vocal Performance. She has been awarded a Graduate Assistantship and has already been cast as the Queen of the Night in their fall opera production of Magic Flute.
