We have some exciting news to share 😍
Our very own Mindy, was nominated and selected as a Iowa Restaurant Association “40 Women to Watch” in Hospitality in Iowa 💛
We are so proud of Mindy and her love and talents she shares with us - we wouldn’t be where we are today without her!
Let’s hear it for Mindy 🤩👏🏼🫶🏼

In honor of our 8th class of “40 Women To Watch” in Iowa’s hospitality industry, we’d like to introduce you to each of our 2026 honorees! Come celebrate these incredible women on October 19th. 🔗 https://zurl.co/Ro8Y0

After nearly 30 years as a nurse, Mindy Smith never expected to find a second calling in hospitality. She joined the Family Fun Center during the COVID pandemic and discovered a new sense of purpose creating a place where families, friends, leagues, and neighbors come together. Today, she oversees the facility's food and beverage operations while helping foster the welcoming community that has become the heart of the center. Mindy finds particular joy in building relationships with guests of all abilities, especially those with special needs, believing hospitality has the power to make everyone feel they belong.
