The Parks Department has acquired a new Kubota skid steer. This equipment will be used for grading the new sledding hill, loading and unloading shipments at the park, and in the future construction of new playgrounds. Additionally, this new model offers improved fuel efficiency and increased power in comparison to our previous unit.

Thank you to all of our Senior Club volunteers who helped out during the past year. Today we hosted a Thank You lunch to honor them, and APD staff served the food. Thank you to Nikki and Eileen for putting on such a great event!

Registration for June Group Swim Lessons is open for enrollment! We are offering a new class- Swim 101, which is for kids 11-14 who are new to swimming. Please see the classes we are offering below.

Monday/Wednesdays:
4:45pm: Tadpoles (level 1), Frogs (level 2), Stingrays (level 3), Marlins (level 4)
5:30 pm: Tadpoles (level 1), Frogs (level 2), Stingrays (level 3), Marlins (level 4)
6:15pm: Tadpoles (level 1), Frogs (level 2), Stingrays (level 3), Marlins (level 4)

Tuesdays/Thursdays:
4:45pm: Tadpoles (level 1), Frogs (level 2), Stingrays (level 3), Marlins (level 4), Swim 101(beginners’ class for 11–14-year-olds)
5:30: Tadpoles (level 1), Frogs (level 2), Stingrays (level 3), Marlins (level 4), Sharks (level 5)
6:15pm: Tadpoles (level 1), Frogs (level 2), Stingrays (level 3), Marlins (level 4), Dolphins (level 6)
