Numbers can be so powerful….
15,920…8,565…58… ♾️

15,920: how many days auntie my got to experience life on earth

8,565: the days auntie got to spend loving her oldest from the moment she took her first breath

58: how many days my small family has been adjusting to this life, without one of its most powerful members. 58 days… they say it gets easier, but the weight in my heart tells me otherwise…it tells me that only love can lighten this load, so love is all I’ve got to give…

♾️: My auntie is and will forever be that girl. It’s hard typing this right now because I missed out on so much of her life. We think we have time until we don’t…

I pray for my cousins hearts, I pray for them…. For my grandparents, for my mom, auntie Rell, I pray for my uncles, my brothers and my sisters. I pray for us all. And I’ll keep praying until the day our tears don’t fall so heavy. I’ll pray til the hurt lessens its grip on our hearts. I’ll pray everyday. I love you auntie, from my first breath, til my last. I’ll love you forever… ♾️

And to my sister cousin Brooklynn, I know your mom’s life was very short lived. You were one of her greatest blessings in this life. 8,565 seems like such a short number. I hope you can find some sense of solace in knowing your mother loved you for over half of her whole life. It’s even longer if you count the days she spent loving you in her womb, loving you in theory, loving you in the grand scheme of her life. And know you have a sister in me for life, it’s how we were raised. I love you forever girly 🫶🏾

Idk who that man was, I didn’t get any before pics, nor do I remember his name… do we really care though…😅❔

All jokes guys I’m sure it was real, it always is when you’re in the tattoo chair. I try to tell everyone do NOT get that man’s name Savannah idc how good he is to ya 🙅🏽‍♀️. On the off chance you don’t head to my warnings… I still got you babe we’re locked in 😌.

Artist note: I love the effect of the cp lense glare reduction. But sometimes I feel it adds too much saturation and rather than further edit the image, I’ve included shots of this project both with, and without the lenses so the difference can be seen clearly 🫶🏾
