Elite Concierge is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-driven Lead Concierge to support daily operations across our luxury residential properties in Dallas.
This is an elevated concierge role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Pay & Schedule:
* $19.50 per hour
* Minimum ~30 hours per week (approx. $585/week base)
* Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
* Set days off: Tuesday & Wednesday (subject to operational needs)
* Additional hours available for call-offs, coverage, and special circumstances
Position Overview:�The Lead Concierge serves as a key support role to the General Manager and concierge team. You will work regular desk shifts while also acting as the first point of contact for call-offs, coverage needs, and operational support across properties.
