What if Wednesday didn't have to feel like Wednesday? 👀

Then when the laptop closes?

🐉 Hunt for Dragon Eggs

Rachel's kids slept in (thank you, interior shutters). John's group nearly missed scavenger hunt clues, so take his advice and check ALL the rooms. And Eric's crowd had plenty of space to park and plenty of places to eat nearby.

One of the best things about homeschooling? Your family doesn’t have to wait for the weekend to have an adventure. 🪄

When everyone else is counting down to Friday, your family could be turning an ordinary weekday into something they'll remember all year.

Welcome to Wizard’s Dark Manor Escape near Frederick, Maryland.

🏰 Explore 5,000+ sq. ft. together
🧩 Put your problem-solving skills to the test in the Dungeon Escape Room
🔎 Search for hidden surprises throughout the manor
🛍️ Wander through Wizard’s Alley
🛝 Race down the 12-foot indoor slide
🍽️ Gather around the Gothic Banquet Hall
🍻 End the day with games and time together in the Cauldron Tavern

And with 8 bedrooms across 3 floors, there’s room to invite another homeschool family and make it a midweek adventure together.

No waiting for a school holiday.

No waiting for a three-day weekend.

Your flexible schedule is the opportunity.

Turn an ordinary Tuesday or Wednesday into the kind of family memory that doesn't feel ordinary at all. ✨

“The best memories rarely start with, ‘We stayed home.’” ✨

Here’s your reminder to plan the trip, take the day off, gather your favorite people, and make an ordinary week a little more magical.

Because sometimes the best adventures happen when there’s absolutely nothing to celebrate.

Who is Wizard’s Escape for?

The team that needs more than another meeting in another conference room. 🪄

If your company retreat is supposed to help people reconnect, communicate, solve problems, and actually enjoy being together… give them something worth talking about when they get back to work.

At Wizard’s Escape, the team-building is already built into the experience.

🧩 Escape rooms that put communication and problem-solving to the test
🔎 Scavenger hunts that get everyone working together
🥏 Wizard’s Disc Golf for a little friendly competition
🎲 Games that bring out personalities you don't always see at the office
🍽️ Shared meals where coworkers actually have time to connect
🔥 Space to unwind together when the workday is done

And with three different properties, there are options for small leadership teams, department retreats, sales teams, creative groups, and larger company offsites.

The best part?

You don't have to give up another weekend to make it happen.

Plan the retreat for a Tuesday.
Stay overnight.
Head home Wednesday with new stories, inside jokes, and hopefully a team that knows each other a little better.

📍 Near Frederick, Maryland — about an hour from Washington, D.C.

✨ Have a team that could use a midweek reset?
