Life is always changing—shifting, growing, and evolving.

As I reflect on this journey, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude. What started as something small has grown into a community filled with some of the most incredible people I've ever met. The support, kindness, and connections I've experienced have truly been a gift.

One thing I hear all the time is, "I don't know how you do it," or "I couldn't even imagine." The truth is... neither could I. Until life put me in a position where I had no choice but to imagine it. And when you're faced with something unimaginable, you simply do what you can, one step at a time.

For those who are new here and don't know the story, this all began because I needed something to focus on. I wanted to honor someone I loved deeply, and I wanted to give back in the same way so many people gave to us during one of the hardest times of our lives.

So I chose something simple: baby hats.

It may seem like a small thing, but when you're walking through grief after losing a child, the last thing you want to do is sort through baby clothes or stand in the baby aisle of a store. Trust me. Those are moments you never expect to face.

What I've learned is that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness make the biggest impact. A hat is just a hat until it reaches someone who needs to know they're not alone.

This journey has never really been about the hats. It's been about love, remembrance, community, and showing up for people when they need it most.

Life continues to change, and so do we. But if there's one thing I've learned, it's that even in the middle of heartbreak, something beautiful can grow. And for every person who has supported this mission, shared a story, donated, volunteered, or simply followed along—thank you. You are part of that beauty.

I wish I could make these in bulk, however if you crochet and would love to help donate these, you’re always welcomed
