Join us for a full week of fall Active Aging fun!

We will host our Social Joe on Tuesday and Thursday with a delightfully cozy hot apple c***r bar on Tuesday!

On Wednesday, we're headed to Bristol for the Big Red Apple Shed and Cootie Brown's! If you're riding the bus, please meet us at The Rec at 10:15 A.M. The bus will leave at 10:30 A.M. with arrival at the Big Red Apple Shed at noon. Feel free to meet us at the Big Red Apple Shed at noon or for lunch at Cootie Brown's afterwards!

Jacqui will lead her next Total Health Class on Thursday from 10-10:30 A.M. You won't want to miss this beloved class!

Our Creeper Trail Walking Club continues every Friday morning in October. Meet us at the trailhead at 9 A.M.

Youth Volleyball League registration opens this Monday, October 19, at 9:00 A.M. Both in-person and phone registration will open at 9:00 A.M.

Because the league fills very quickly, we expect a large influx of phone calls as soon as registration opens. We have limited staff available to answer calls, so please be prepared for long wait times by phone while we work to assist everyone.

We will answer calls as quickly as we can, but if you are able, we strongly encourage you to plan to register in person to avoid the phone wait.

New to The Rec? If you have not previously participated in an activity or had a membership with us, please call ahead of time to set up your account. Having your account ready before registration day will help make the registration process quicker and smoother.

Join us in one week for a trip to Bristol!

Were heading to the Big Red Apple Shed to shop for fresh apples, produce, pumpkins, jams, and c***rs. Afterwards, we're headed to Cootie Brown's for lunch as a group.

If you're riding the bus, please meet us at The Rec at 10:15 A.M. The bus will depart at 10:30 A.M. with arrival at the Big Red Apple Shed at 11 A.M. Feel free to meet us there!
