Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra The Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra, a non-profit community orchestra, serves the Harford County comm All are musicians with a passion for classical music.

The Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra musicians are your friends, neighbors, and co-workers from all around the region. Some are doctors, nurses, police officers, soldiers, homemakers, scientists, engineers, business men and women, teachers. Every year, the SSO performs four concerts in its subscription series, a chamber music concert, and an outdoor "pops" concerts. The orchestra has performed in St. Patrick's Cathedral, New York City for over 3,000 people in November 2007, and at Carnegie Hall for 2,500 people in October 2009.

The SSO’s 50th Season holiday concert features one of our most-requested pieces: Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite in Duke Ellington’s jazzed-up arrangement! Brian Folus conducts his enjoyable “Taste of Chanukah” and there will be audience participation in Maestro Bair’s “Twelve Days of Christmas” and a new sing-along, plus the usual SSO hijinks!

11 am: shortened family concert
doors open at 10:15 am

7 pm: evening concert
doors open at 6 pm
