Get in the ACT: We are a 100% volunteer driven, not-for-profit organization. Established in 1954, Abilene Community Theatre has performed or hosted over 400 theatrical productions. Our theatre, located on Barrow Street, has been our home since 1958. The round building next door was also at one time thriving stage. We are always open to new members- actors, directors, play writes, and volunteers of all skills and skill levels. Please join us as we strive to grow the Abilene Community Theatre!

Next up in the cast of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is Susan Steele, playing Henrietta Iscariot! Susan's previous credits include Dearly Beloved,
Christmas Belles, The Mousetrap, Arsenic and Old Lace, Daddy’s Dyin’, Who’s Got the Will?, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. "What I think the play says about forgiveness is that people receive it without feeling worthy of it."

Next up in the cast of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is Marlo Whetsel, playing Loretta! Marlo has been a part of several shows including Waiting for Godot, A Streetcar Named Desire and Dracula. Marlo is looking forward to audiences seeing a different side of the Judas story. "I hope that the show helps people realize that there are always multiple sides to any one story."

It's time to meet the cast of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot! First up is Kendra Brown, playing the Bailiff & Simon the Zealot. Kendra has been seen in Equus, Doublewide, Texas, Much Ado About Nothing, and She Loves Me at ACT. She was also in Sweeney Todd at the Paramount.
Kendra says about Judas that "The hardest person to forgive is ourselves."
