At ACU Opera we opened our version of Massenet's Cendrillon on Friday. Today we close the show at 2:30 in the Boone Family Theatre. We will be live streaming (ACU Department of Music) the production so I hope you'll join us. Tickets are free, but donations are welcome. The opera will be sung in French with English subtitles. This production is a tribute to John Hughes, it will not be your standard Cendrillon. Of course there are nods to the Disney Cinderella. Come see Cendrillion, set in Cinderville HS, IL. Enjoy!!!

ACU Opera Presents: Carousel by Rogers and Hammerstein
Come out and support ACU Opera by catching our production of this wonderful show! You have two opportunities, Friday, January 27th at 7:00pm and Sunday, January 29th at 2:00pm. Both shows will be in ACU's Boone Family Theatre, but some of the cast will be different at the second show, so come and see both! The show is give what you can, which means we will be accepting donations of anything over a quarter. Thank you for your continued support, and we will see you this weekend!

Congratulations to ACU Opera cast members Rachel Browning and Collin Jumes for making the second round in the College Division of the Classical Singer Vocal Competition. Both are freshmen competing against all college age singers. Great job!
Collin Jumes has advanced to the semi-finals of the National level of the National Association of Teachers of Singing vocal competition.
Great job y'all. Thanks for representing us so well.
