Arcade builds and restoration are something we specialize in quite a bit. Every rare game we have has a backstory. We've been building this game for a while now to give the Abilene community something special, and by special, we mean it. We put our heart and soul into each build,Here's the backstory on this game release: this cabinet came from a dear friend of mine and a huge game collector who was a big brother, mentor, and one of the greatest friends anyone could ever have, always believing in us and what we stand for, giving something great to the community and families of the key city. Over the years, we acquired some of his arcade collection piece by piece until one day it became a full collection all at once. One 3-player Mercs cabinet in particular stood out, as we needed the cabinet to build what is now our Battletoads. We had hoped to have this build sooner, but sadly, a few months after acquiring it, we lost a dear friend and legend in our community. Unsure of what to do, we set it on the back burner because it was too much to work on at the time without going into deep thought. However, over the course of the past few months, we found the strength to proceed and finish the build and repurposing of the cabinet. We just wish you could see it finished now. So, we dedicate this build to you, my brother - we love and miss you, Loyd. You'll always be in our hearts, and the love we have for arcades will live on with some of what's in our venue. Thank you for believing in me and showing me how to be a boss and a leader and to never give up.
