Cheyenna is getting ready to head to Boise next week for the Arts NW booking conference.

So, the question is... what type of performance would you MOST like to see come to the Bishop Center?

Dance?
Comedy?
A specific musical genre?

Let us know what you would be most likely to come out for and help her choose what acts to present for the 2027-28 Bishop Center season!

Why is Grace clutching her pearls? Wellllllll....

It could be a lot of things actually. Colorado produced by Plank Island Theatre Company is a pitch-black satirical comedy and does not tread lightly on sensitive topics. It is recommended for late teens and up, but visit our website to see the full content warning to make sure it's right for you.

Colorado opens October 30th and runs for two weekends. It is presented with stage seating so seating is limited!

Content aside you can expect to thoroughly enjoy this small cast as they portray the Ackhart family. This show is perfect for anyone who uses humor as a coping strategy, you know who you are!

Last week we had a volunteer come in to hang curtains in the box office window. These curtains will provide a little security, help us maintain box office hours, and also help with temperature control. We are so grateful for this simple, but necessary upgrade to the ticket window! Thank you, J!

Come From Away Auditions are TONIGHT and FRIDAY night at the Bishop Center at 6:30 PM.

We are seeking dynamic actor-singers (age 16+) from ethnically and culturally diverse backgrounds to portray a broad cross-section of humanity in order to portray the compassion and resilience of the residents - both temporary and permanent - of Gander, Newfoundland in September of 2001.
