We couldn’t make it all happen without this amazing community along with the directors, actors, backstage crew members, set builders, costumers, tech crew, the board members, donors, sponsors, patrons, and everyone else who allows us to share the arts on the Harbor.

What the Constitution Means to Me

Playwright Heidi Schreck’s boundary-breaking play breathes new life into our Constitution and imagines how it will shape the next generation of Americans. Fifteen-year-old Heidi earned her college tuition by winning Constitutional debate competitions across the United States. In this hilarious, hopeful and achingly human new play, she resurrects her teenage self in order to trace the profound relationship between four generations of women and the founding document that shaped their lives.

This play is only two weekends so you have very limited chances to catch it! Join Patty Sundstrom, Gary Morean, and Kieran Church in tribute to 250 years of our United States Constitution!

📚Farewell Matilda📚

Thank you for spending the past few weekends with us at Driftwood! We appreciate all our patrons who support our productions and Matilda was a wonderful success thanks to our community.

Congratulations to the cast and crew for a spectacular run of a wonderful show! It’s a bittersweet goodbye. This show is a huge undertaking and the kiddos especially rocked every performance with all the hard work they put in!

We will see you for our next production of What the Constitution Means to Me by Heidi Schrek opening at the end of June.

Your final three chances to see Matilda are this weekend!

This is our busiest weekend yet, so don’t hesitate to get your tickets for the remaining evening shows now! We have a low quantity of tickets online for Friday and Saturday. We are sold out online for Sunday as well as at our outlets.

There is still a chance to get tickets at the door with cash, but we advise to show up early. The box office opens one hour prior to showtimes.
