High Crime Rate wont be Reduced by POLICE unless you and i unity and stop the way to the cause.
TODAY in Africa most Criminals (drug dealers, thugs...) comes in system at an early age immediately they drop out in school due to different reasons and its mainly in slam areas (ghetto)
PEC (Pympah Edutainment Club) its a project searching for talented youth in Ghetto.... on our search, we found out many kids in ghetto who are not schooling due to lack of school fees, but it became worse when we talked to a young boy nicknamed NKWENJERA .(Nkwenjera means to move place to place) He said that got no father no mother no relative and struggling to leave on his life in Kamwokya Kampala City ,its now three year on street... he is so funny boy watch him in NUBIANLI's music Video named # Way Ticket # @ Pympah Promotionz ....
Now i stay with him and what i can do is to promote his talent but he told me wants to go back to school if he get a chance.......If you are reading this and you are a Teacher, Head Teacher OR you can help this boy to go back to school ....he is now a boy and not too late for him to become either a president, Doctor, Engineer, Pastor.... OR a criminal if we don't save him
