Welcome to Maisha Garden, home of Maisha Film Lab for the past 12 years, a nature archive of African film-makers, masters and students, who have walked its paths. Today, this garden of tranquility and inspiration is open to you, and the community at large. The Garden offers yoga classes, nature walks, creative education programs for neighbouring schools, and is open to the public on Sundays and Mo
ndays for a nominal fee. Our unique monthly series of events, MAISHA MOTO, shall offer a spectrum of thinkers, entertainers, gardeners and artists in conversation. Maisha Moto will take place once a month on a Saturday afternoon in the Maisha Kund. Entrance to Maisha is UGX 5000/-. Children 12 years and under are free. Our yoga classes in the garden begin THIS SUNDAY, April 10th at 8am in our gorgeous open amphitheater, taught by the renowned teacher, Alex Ochom. The first class of every month shall be free and from thereafter classes shall be UGX 20,000/- per student. Maisha Garden is located up the hill from Cassia Lodge at 9 Buziga Circular Road.
