Digiart Fest Arts and Entertainment Tribe is a guild established by Ugandan illustrators and animators with the aim of fulfilling the following objectives.

Tribe Objectives;

-To grow the market for comics & animation in Uganda together.
-To show that this is an industry like any other that could potentially employ and build skills for future generations.
-To distribute exclusive original content through partnered events and different mediums.
-To attract foreign business clients and investors.
-To build on our cultural identity and promote contempo

rary African art and design.
-To build and maintain a healthy competitive environment among illustrators & animators.

This year we shine a spotlight on Esports, with a special celebration of Women in Gaming. Through the Swahili Esports Championship, top female players from across the African continent are coming together to compete, connect, and showcase the growing power of women in the industry.

Beyond the competition, Digiart Fest is also a place to learn and build. Join our hands-on sessions where creatives and developers will explore how to develop video games from scratch—from idea and design to gameplay and production.

Whether you’re a gamer, developer, artist, or just curious about the future of digital entertainment in Africa, this is where the community gathers.
