Victims is a television series that has been acted by video librarians in Kampala Capital City of Uganda. In order to uplift the UGAWOOD (Uganda Movie Industry) After the Uganda film makers complaining for a long period of time that these fellow Video librarians are preventing the movie industry to grow as they would expect due to the big promotion of foreign movies in their libraries.
