The girl child mostly is ignorant about the menstrual cycle which begins most times at the age of 12 yrs and above.
They are to observe hygiene within themselves ie
- bathing twice or thrice a day
- Ensuring that ur nickers are clean and we'll dried under the Sunshine
-Changing the sanitary towel at a time interval Incase of over flow to avoid bad odour
- Proper disposal of the used sanitary towels
- Most times the menstrual periods take 1-7 days
- After experiencing your periods there are 12 days of being fertile
- And after the 12 days there are 9days of infertility whereby most people refer to as safe days.
