HOW IS A SKETCH PUT TOGETHER? WHAT DOES THE PREPARATION AND WORKFLOW INVOLVE?

To ensure you receive a result that fully meets your expectations, the process involves several stages:

1️⃣ Technical task (TT) – the foundation of the entire process
Please send via PDF or presentation (via Direct Message or email)

What is required:
✔️ Furniture layout with dimensions
✔️ Floor plan
✔️ Photos/collage/links (furniture, textures, lighting)
✔️ Description of requirements
✔️ 3D model (if available)

The more detailed the TT, the better the result.

2️⃣ 3D model
Based on your brief, I create a 3D model in ArchiCAD / SketchUp and select the views.
❗️This is where we agree on the view (any changes here will require a new sketch)

3️⃣ Sketching
I work strictly to the brief, adding decor where necessary.

I create all sketches at a resolution of 450 DPI, which allows them to be printed in formats such as: A5 – A2

4️⃣ Editing
Up to 7 days after receipt, via two lists
✔️ 20% revisions included
✔️ lists: main + final

5️⃣ Final result
You receive the finished sketch (JPEG + PNG) — for presentations and portfolios.

❗️The more detailed your initial description of your requirements, the fewer edits there will be at the final stage!

It’s great that the 3D model already helps you better understand your project 🙌🏻
But it’s important to understand one thing:

A 3D model is not a final product.
It is a working tool, one of the stages used to create a complete visualization.

It helps to:

But a 3D model on its own does not provide the result you are actually looking for.

That is why I do not share working files with clients, as they are part of the internal workflow.

PREPARATION AND WORKFLOW 🖌️

To ensure the collaboration is as efficient as possible and the final result fully meets your expectations, the sketch creation process follows several clear stages 👇🏻

1️⃣ Preparation of the brief
This is the foundation of the entire process.

TT is provided in PDF or presentation format and includes:
🔸 furniture layout with dimensions and heights
🔸 floor plan
🔸 lighting plan
🔸 collage / images / furniture links
🔸 project description and client requirements
🔸 3D model (if available)

❗️The more detailed and accurate the technical task - the faster and higher quality the final sketch will be

2️⃣ 3D model creation
I work in ArchiCAD or SketchUp

I prepare several viewpoints:
📎 based on my professional judgment
📎 or according to your preferences

❗️At this stage, it is possible to adjust the camera angle or furniture layout
Any changes requested later will be treated as a new sketch

3️⃣ Sketch rendering
After the viewpoints are approved, I proceed with the sketch creation

I strictly follow the approved brief (no improvised design decisions)
*Decor elements can be added if needed

✔️ All sketches are created in 450 DPI
✔️ Suitable for print: A5 / A4 / A3 / A2

4️⃣ Revisions
Available within 7 working days after delivery

The process includes 2 revision rounds:
🔻Main revisions
🔻Final revisions

✨ Up to 20% of revisions are included in the price
Additional changes are discussed individually

5️⃣ Final delivery
After all revisions are completed, you receive a clean and spectacular sketch ready for presentation

Files are delivered in:
📁 JPEG + PNG formats

WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE? $150 FOR ONE ANGLE? A VISUALIZATION IN 3D MAX WILL COST ME LESS!

This is a question I hear quite often 🧐
