Mixed Grill Feast with Crispy Fries 😋❤️
Ingredients:
For the Mixed Grill:
1 lb pork ribs
1 lb beef sausages (or cevapi, if preferred)
1 lb chicken thighs, cut into cubes
1/2 lb pork belly slices
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to season
For the Fries:
1 lb potatoes, sliced into fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt, for seasoning
Optional: paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor
For the Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce for a bit of heat
Instructions:
For the Mixed Grill:
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat each type of meat in the marinade separately.
Grill the pork ribs for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.
Cook the sausages and pork belly slices for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Grill the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and golden.
For the Fries:
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare a deep fryer.
Toss the potato fries in vegetable oil, then arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping midway, until crisp and golden. Alternatively, deep fry until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle fries with salt and optional spices immediately after cooking.
For the Dipping Sauce:
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if desired) in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
To Serve:
Arrange the grilled meats and crispy fries on a serving platter. Pair with the dipping sauce and garnish with sliced cucumbers or lemon wedges for a refreshing touch.

Apple Pie Bombs 🥧🍏
Ingredients:
1 can (400 g) refrigerated biscuit dough or puff pastry
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
For the Coating:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Preparation:
Prepare the Apple Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced apples for 2-3 minutes.
Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and flour. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens and the apples soften. Let cool slightly.
Assemble the Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit dough or puff pastry piece into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center, optionally adding a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Pinch the edges together to seal and roll into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown.
Coat the Bombs:
While still warm, brush the bombs with melted butter and roll them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon until fully coated.
Serve:
Serve warm, optionally with additional caramel sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy these gooey, sweet apple pie treats! 🥧🍏✨
