Mixed Grill Feast with Crispy Fries 😋❤️
Ingredients:
For the Mixed Grill:
1 lb pork ribs
1 lb beef sausages (or cevapi, if preferred)
1 lb chicken thighs, cut into cubes
1/2 lb pork belly slices
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to season
For the Fries:
1 lb potatoes, sliced into fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt, for seasoning
Optional: paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor
For the Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce for a bit of heat
Instructions:
For the Mixed Grill:
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat each type of meat in the marinade separately.
Grill the pork ribs for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.
Cook the sausages and pork belly slices for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Grill the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and golden.
For the Fries:
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare a deep fryer.
Toss the potato fries in vegetable oil, then arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping midway, until crisp and golden. Alternatively, deep fry until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle fries with salt and optional spices immediately after cooking.
For the Dipping Sauce:
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if desired) in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
To Serve:
Arrange the grilled meats and crispy fries on a serving platter. Pair with the dipping sauce and garnish with sliced cucumbers or lemon wedges for a refreshing touch.
