UART is a team of like-minded people, strongly convinced that cultural practices transform the value systems of generations, communities, and countries; it consists of the persons who are looking for spaces to exchange and spread cultural phenomena, enrich, introduce changes, and expand the horizons for interaction, collaboration, and networking. UART’s values stem from the idea of universal art, the global space for culture and art with no boundaries or limits. UART is the Foundation for cultural diplomacy initiated by Serge Osipenko. The mainstay of the Foundation’s functioning is a quality, non-trivial, modern and fascinating arts and culture product, which is interesting to the global audience and able to inspire and change perceptions. We believe that artworks made by painters, sculptors, film directors, designers, photographers, and writers are the points of convergence, which allow us to speak a common language with the whole world. That is why, we focus on supporting, promoting, and representing the finest pieces of art in the world. Our priorities include participating in cross-culture projects, developing creative industries, and facilitating the dialogue of art communities of Europe and the world.
