IMPORTANT RULE - YOU NEED TO EAT REGULARLY
Another weak point of the ever-busy people is the absence of any diet and too long breaks between meals. Often we do not have time to have breakfast or, because of the heavy workload, we miss lunch. As a result, we densely eat at home or interrupt the appetite with cookies, sweets, etc.
How to start eating regularly:
1)Train yourself to have breakfast. If you can not get up early, prepare breakfast in the evening or buy yourself cottage cheese for the first meal. The main rule is to eat before you leave the house. And your last meal showld be no later than a 2 howrs before a bedtime.
2)Take food with you. It's better to eat your lunch 10 minutes between meetings than to stay hungry because you did not have time to go to a cafe or a shop. And your lunch is always much cooler than the public catering.
3)Remember the importance of nutrition. And find these 10 minutes for lunch or a snack throughout the day. Or set reminders on your smartphone or computer so you do not forget to eat (you need to develop habits).
