Chocolate Strawberry Web Crown Cake🎂💮🍓— devotion woven in sweetness and radiance.
Recipe (Adapted)
Sponge Base
Eggs: 6 large (300 g)
Sugar: 200 g
Cake flour: 180 g
Baking powder: 6 g
Butter (melted): 80 g
Vanilla extract: 5 g
Frosting & Decoration
- White buttercream (smooth base): 250 g
- Chocolate buttercream (lattice sides, swirl): 150 g
- Yellow glaze (top surface): 100 g
- Chocolate web design: 50 g
- Fresh strawberries (center garnish): 4–6 pieces
Method
1. Bake sponge, cool completely.
2. Frost sides with white buttercream, pipe chocolate lattice.
3. Cover top with yellow glaze, pipe chocolate web.
4. Add strawberries on chocolate swirl for radiant finish.
