The Little Theatre is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day running of one of Tanzania’s leading community theatre organisations.

The role covers operations, finance, HR, productions, events, facilities and business development — helping us build an exciting and sustainable future for community theatre in Dar es Salaam.
