運動傷害/急性當下處理（剛跌倒時）
中醫講求「清熱解毒」與「活血化瘀」。
若傷口流血或是有明顯紅腫熱痛：
清潔為先：無論中醫西醫，第一步都是用生理食鹽水沖洗掉沙石髒污。
消腫止痛：在傷口周圍（非直接接觸破皮處）可以適度塗抹具有青黛、黃連等成分的中藥膏，幫助帶走發炎的熱感。
若傷及筋骨，應固定後立即就醫。
