Join our storytelling workshops!
✏️加入我們的故事工作坊💁🏻‍♀️

Code Switch Theater Company will be hosting two workshops to help storytellers share feedback and better their craft.
Code Switch Theater Company 將會舉辦兩次的工作坊來提供想說故事的各位一個分享回饋，並將自身故事更進一步昇華的空間。

The first is Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 8-10 pm.
第一次工作坊聚會將於2023 年 11 月 16 日(四) 8-10pm。
The second is Sunday, December 3, 2023, from 4-6 pm.
第二次工作坊聚會則是 2023 年 12 月 3 日(日) 4-6pm。

The purpose of these workshops is to develop our stories with the ultimate goal of performing in Tale to Tale: Taipei. The first Tale to Tale: Taipei takes place on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at 7:30pm, and the deadline for story submissions is November 29, 2023.
本次工作坊的目的是為了幫助各位完成故事寫作，並在講故事比賽 “Tale to Tale 一說即發: Taipei”中表演。首屆的 “Tale to Tale 一說即發: Taipei” 將在2023 年 12 月 17 日(日) 7:30pm舉行，而故事提交最後時間是2023年11月29日🙌🏻

Do you have a true story you would like to share? Join us on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at 7:30pm at Eishow Design in Taipei for Code Switch Theater Company’s first-ever Tale to Tale: Taipei, a multilingual storytelling competition!

With the Christmas season in full swing, the night’s story theme will be Wrap it Up: Endings and Reflections. You can tell your story in English, Mandarin, or your native language: Mandarin and English surtitles will be provided for the audience.

Don’t feel like sharing a story? No sweat! Join a team with other audience members and judge the storytellers. The highest score wins the prize!

“Love, a/Verse”🌚🌝《反詩．愛》

A huge THANK YOU to all those who made Code Switch Theater Company's first production "Love, a/Verse" such a resounding success.
十分感激大家！有了你們，我們的第一個作品《反詩．愛》才得以實現並取得許多正面迴響。

Undertaking such a big project is always fraught with risk, but one of our biggest takeaways is how eager people were to join this project and contribute their time and talents.
製作過程中，難免需要冒點風險，但儘管如此，夥伴們仍然踴躍參與，貢獻了時間，也貢獻了各自的才能。

Thank you all for your contributions, big and small. You know who you are.
真心感謝有你們對這齣劇的付出，無論是多大還是多小，我們都看得到。

And what has us most excited is that this is just the beginning. Code Switch will continue to produce works that bridge the people and cultures that call Taiwan home. Stay tuned!

在經歷了一個激勵人心💗的開幕夜以及一個雷聲隆隆⚡️的完售午後演出後，《反詩．愛》將在星期三晚上再次回歸！雖然星期三的票已經完售，但是我們還有星期四晚上跟星期六午間的票可以買喔！在票賣完之前，快來把你的票買起來💁🏻‍♀️
After a heartwarming opening night and a dark and stormy sold-out matinee, "Love, a/Nerse" returns Wednesday with another sold-out evening. There are still tickets available for Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon, but they are going quickly.

✏️本週的詩人嘉賓，我們將歡迎David Agudelo為我們的星期三和星期四的演出開場，也再次歡迎王可為我們星期六的演出以及我們今年在臺北藝穗節的參與畫上一個完美的句點！David將為我們帶來英文以及西班牙文的詩詞，而王可則是會為我們帶來中文以及英文的詩詞。最後，Mei將從我們的朋友-李沅手上接過鼓棒，為我們這週的三場演出帶來精彩絕倫的表演！千萬別錯過喔🥁
Wednesday and Thursday we will feature David Agudelo as our guest poet and on Saturday Kevin Wang makes a triumphant return to close out our time at Taipei Fringe. David will be reading in English and Spanish and Kevin in Chinese and English. The absolutely electric Mei will also be taking over drumming duties from our friend Yuan starting Wednesday evening. You won't want to miss it!
