我來到鳥嶼為了拍節目，晚上沒事出去走一走發現這裡超安靜，沒人！
Here at bird island for a TV show shooting, its a quaint very small fishing island. I feel like i have the place to myself!

作為節目《Pedal On 2》的一部分，我參加了佛手挑戰賽。全程大約100公里，總爬升2400公尺。我們決定今天放輕鬆一點，控制配速，以團體方式一起騎。前面幾個「手指」的路段感覺還行，看起來不用太拼也能完成，但最後一指來了之後——天啊。
坡度非常陡，而且氣溫接近42度，沒有風、沒有遮蔭。一路上有人中暑倒下，但我們沒有！我們彼此心裡都在想：我可不會先下車！於是一路咬牙苦撐，笑著騎到山頂，全程沒有牽車！恭喜我們自己！As part of the show "Pedal On 2", I competed in the baddah palm challenge. Around 100km and 2400m total elevation gain. We decided to take it easy and pace ourselves today. Ride as a group, and for first few fingers it seemed like we could finish without pushing too hard, but then the last finger came around and omg. It was so steep, and so hot, close to 42 degrees, and no wind, no shade. People were heat stroking all around but not us! We both silently thought to ourselves, im not putting my foot down first! So we grinned all the way to the top without walking! Congratulations to us!

今天是佛手挑戰賽，100公里、總爬升2400公尺！我上週的進香才剛結束，身體還沒完全恢復，不過沒關係……出發吧！Today is the buddahs hand challenge, 100km, 2400m total elevation gain! Im barely recovered from the pilgrimage last week but oh well.. here at go!
